Simply look with perceptive eyes at the world about you, and trust to your own reactions and convictions. Ask yourself: "Does this subject move me to feel, think and dream? Oh how gorgeous. I know what you mean about saying goodbye to this season's flowers. It's time to tuck in. During these months, my house turns into an indoor garden. I have 4 indoor hibiscus, 2 Christmas Cacti, 2 cactus orchids, a lovely jade plant, 9 Porthos, 2 leafy trees of some sort and a little palm tree thing. I'll get more as winter goes on - as I NEED them! Helps to keep me busy if I can't be tending a garden. ;-)
Thanks Wendy & Leesa :)
I also have bunches of indoor plants, but nothing that flowers, I don't have much luck with those, but I also NEED them in order to survive these cold and blah New England winters!
