Oh So Sleepy

I know I might overdose you all with baby photos...but man, she's sooo darn cute!
I'm finding that babies are so much fun to photograph, it also helps that her belly was full and her bottom was dry! LOL

Welcome Emily K !!

A big congratulations to my niece & her husband on the birth of their baby girl!!
Emily K. arrived a few weeks early but is doing just great, as is her mom.
And what an awesome feeling it is that they used my name for her middle name!!

Bead Art

I really have a hard time throwing anything away...yes I know, a terrible bad habit, lol
These are beads that were strung together to use as Christmas garland, I hadn't used them in a few years so I cut the string, threw them in a glass dish...BAM! instant coffee table art, lol :)

Lights of the Season

I try to keep my Christmas decorating pretty simple, small tree, fireplace mantle strung with garland and lights...oh and the corner cabinet shelves holds the Christmas village & that bare corner in the dining room needs something?....another small tree, why of course!
OK so it's not that simply decorated, LOL
Every year I try to downsize, but well, you know there's something about finding a forgotten Christmas decoration in July that always makes me smile....and I really think my brand new Nutcracker looks awesome on the mantle!

Tis' the Season

This is my first Christmas with my camera so I'm having a blast taking tons of photos of the lights & ornaments....Whew....it feels great to be back online & posting again!!
